Honorable Mention, 1993 Pinot Noir

1993 Pinot Noir - Grapes were grown in the Alexander Valley and harvested early in September. 14 day fermentation with must cap punched-down 3 times/day. Brix- 26 degrees. Aged in French oak for 2 1/2 years and racked every 3 months.
