2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is from an exceptional vintage. Accents of plum and cranberry form the structure of this great wine with hints of spicy oak and chewy soft tannins on the finish. This wine pairs well with most grilled meats, especially beef or lamb.2001 Hodge Podge - Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 305 Sangiovese, 5% Zinfandel, 5% Petite Syrah. Every lot of this fruit that came in from Contra Costa County was beautiful. This is a classic old school Italian blend that goes best with pasta or pizza.2001 Zinfandel
Big, bold & beautiful the way Zinfandel is suppose to be made. This wine has about 5% Petite Syrah blended for structure and color. This wine is a mouth full of "jamberry" and toasty oak. Pair this wine with a spicy sausage and you are set for a great feast.
