2000 Petite Syrah
A Gold Medal winner at the 2002 California State Fair. The grapes are from El Dorado County, picked at 24 degrees brix, fermented to dryness and aged in French oak for 18 months. A full body wine with a slight peppery finish.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
Grapes are from El Dorado County, picked at 24 degrees brix, fermented to dryness and aged in French oak for 22 months. A rich dark fruity wine.
